The Solution
RDM provides a fully managed solution to the group and its franchisees. The end-to-end solution includes providing and/or locally manufacturing the display hardware, custom mounting brackets, on-site consultation and installation services nationwide. The RDM team consult on all content creation requirements and remotely manage all content publishing. RDM also undertakes the full post implementation support SLA from remote network health monitoring to reactive on-site maintenance.
